Previously, President and co-founder of Rockland Technologies. Involved in strategic planning of new products and day to day activities including applications development and strategic business relations.
Timothy J. Langlois B.S.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder
Active for 20 years in silica technology development, quality assurance, and manufacturing. Involved in strategic planning of new products and day to day activities including engineering, marketing and operations. Began as a product engineer at Rodel (now Dow Chemical). Later held R&D, operations and engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard (now Agilent Technologies). Holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Robert T. Moody B.S.
Served as President and owner of Mac-Mod Analytical for over 20 years following over 25 years of experience in technical sales and marketing of HPLC products with the DuPont Company. Also served as Secretary and Director of Rockland Technologies.
Mark K. Rector CPA, CMA, CFP
More than 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, including 17 years as a Director of McBride Shopa & Company, P.A., Certified Public Accountants. Provided financial and tax accounting services to Rockland Technologies. Currently, Chief Financial Officer and Controller of a manufacturing facility that services the power generation industry.
Leonard S. Togman, Esq.
Served as a partner with Potter Anderson and Corroon, LLP for over 35 years. Concentrated in state and federal taxation, business transactions, estate-planning and Delaware investment holding companies. Served on Delaware State Bar Association committees as former Chairman of the Section on Taxation and Secretary of the Section on Estates and Trusts. Served as the Chairman of Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Tax Committee and Co-Chairman of the Chamber’s committee responsible for creating the 2005 Delaware Revised Captive Insurance Company Act. Also served as a Trial Attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice. Attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif.
